Food Hall by Todd English

Part of a three phase project, Certified of N.Y. completed a combined 24,500 sqft gut renovation of the Retail Concourse and Todd English Food Hall within lower levels of The Plaza. Phase one and two of the Food Hall project included base building tie-ins for all new MEP, SP, FA utilities, custom metal/glass/acrylic interior skylight, independent Ansul system for four (4) exhausted cooking hoods as well as construction of seven (7) independent, full-service cooking “bars.” The third phase was a 15,000 sqft Retail Concourse gut renovation which consisted of custom metal security gates for eleven (11) additional retail tenants, Construction of eleven (11) independent, full-service kiosks with independent wet and dry commissaries to serve each vendors, as well as stand-alone refrigeration system throughout.
